OCHFH's Newest Subdivision

On Friday morning, March 11, 2011, a crane set up two modular homes on their foundation in OCHFH's newest subdivision on JayMory Way off of North Perkins Creek Road in Seneca. The property was developed by the city of Seneca and OCHFH with a paved road leading to 12 cul-de-sac lots with sewer, storm drains, water and underground electrical service. The subdivision and road were named in memory of Jay Neidert and in appreciation of the long years of service of retiring Mory Ranck.

For further information, call Bill Banholzer (864) 888-2127, cell (864) 324-2127.
